This policy explains how AURASPAN collects and uses your personal information when you visit auraspan.co, sign up for Return to Form, book an AURASPAN event, buy a guide or get in touch.
AURASPAN is run by Zach Ekeke, a sole trader trading as AURASPAN, based in London, United Kingdom. AURASPAN is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the "data controller").

When you sign up for Return to Form: your first name, email address, which programme you chose (men's or women's) and whether you'd like to receive news and offers from AURASPAN.
When you book an AURASPAN event: your name, email address, which sessions you've booked, your confirmation that you're fit to take part, and any dietary requirements you choose to share.
When you get in touch through our contact form: your name, email address, what you're interested in, your message and, if you give it, your phone number.
When you buy a guide: your name, email address and order details. Payment is handled by our checkout provider, and we never see your full card details.
Automatically: our email provider records the IP address and approximate location you signed up from, and whether you open our emails or click the links in them.
We don't ask for detailed health information. The only health-related details we may hold are your confirmation that you're fit to take part in a class, and any dietary requirements you tell us about for an event.
To deliver what you asked for: sending your Return to Form programme, managing your event booking, delivering your guide, and replying to your enquiry. We rely on this being necessary to provide the service you requested.
To run things properly: checking that emails are delivered, opened and clicked, so we can fix problems and improve what we send. We rely on our legitimate interest in running AURASPAN well.
To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the box: we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Dietary requirements for events: we use these only to make sure the food served is suitable for you, and we rely on your explicit consent when you share them.
You never have to agree to marketing to get the free programme.
Our emails record when they’re opened and which links are clicked, so we only send follow-up information you’ve asked for.
For AURASPAN events, we share dietary requirements only with the venue preparing the food, and only for that event. We delete dietary information within 30 days of the event.

We never sell your personal information.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you buy a guide, our checkout provider may use cookies to process your order, as set out in its own policy.

AURASPAN's programmes, events and guides are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we'll tell you by email.
